most of the high profile games have been multi-platform stuff and when the biggest one (GTA IV) doesn't do anything for the HW, I mean what do you expect? You're not going to see 400-500k each month and you might be a little bit behind.
We'll see what happens with the price cut and more games later in the year.

why GoW3 would be at Leizpig. It was shown behind closed doors according to Gamespot's E3 podcast awhile back and the release date is obviously quite a ways off.

its pretty clear why the PS3 has the majority of the market. Its the best one overall. And unless you want to drop money on a Pioneer for exceptional PQ, IMO I wouldn't see another player that's clearly better in any specific area.

care if FF13 went multi-platform? Anyway ever since those brain age games and nintendogs was released, Nintendo has been killing the competition on every front. They struck gold again with Wii Sports and haven't looked back since. Its crazy how fast the DS/Wii is selling compared to the PS2. Both of them might surpass it.

I think the Wii is tapping into the casual base of the PS2 along with people who owned their systems before. (DS and Gamecube owners) I don't think they created an entirely new market of people. To me that's an exaggeration of what's going on.

no PS3 exclusive has outsold Halo 3 or Gears. Other games have been outsold.
